Management Training Session with great success at Tan Da Resort

The session, with the participation of the leaders coming from all of the member companies, got a start at 8.30 in the morning and ended at 4.30 pm on the same day.

The session was greatly supported not only with the presentations by the key members of the board, including President Hoang To, C.E.O Nguyen Son Tung, General Director of TVM Pham Thuc Truong Luong, but also with managerial experience shared by senior officers and heads of departments as well as Mr. Thanh Nam, our guest speaker – C.E.O of FPT Software. 

A remarkable presentation of  President Hoang To in this session is about managerial lesson from famous book "Good to great" ( Jim Collins), philosophy of bus car, philosophy of  3 converging circles : Passion, Ability, Economic motivation. 

The course was very successful and taught numerous lessons of great worth to every single leader in particular and Tinhvan’s Management Board in general. The course of the same topic is scheduled to run every three months.
