The six week business training course for Tinhvan new staff ended on Monday afternoon 18th June 2007. The solemn closing ceremony attracted the participation of Board of Directors, Heads of Departments and key executives of Tinhvan Group. Mr Trinh Thanh Trung, a new business staff of SC4, received Tinhvan Group’s certificate and award for the learner of the highest scholastic achievements.
Targeted at training and brushing up the skills of new business staff as well as encouraging them to fulfill themselves, the three skills bought to focus in the training course were skills on presenting, skill on collecting information, and skill on planning a project. Besides, the learners of the course should study them selves and prove their own capability. This supports them with the nature of business which is practical to their future work.
The evaluation of each learner was done with a number of assignments. The examiners were the members of BOD, namely President Hoang To, CTO Nguyen Son Tung, BC1 Director Nguyen Tuan Luong, BC2 Director Nguyen Khanh Hoan, BC3 Director Phan Quang Minh, BC4 Director Nguyen Quang Hiep.
On behalf of the examiners, President Hoang To briefly commented on the training course, the weak points and the solutions to them.
Every learner of the course was presented a certificate of Tinhvan Group and those making the best achievements were highly praised and rewarded.
For the time being, there will be the chance for such new business staff to show their competency and apply their knowledge obtained from the course to Tinhvan business practices, contributing to the whole progress of Tinhvan Group.
