1. HEAD OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT/GROUP.

Job Description

-        Manage software development department/group activities, work under the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Including the control of the Department’s jobs and other works if required.

-        Coordinate with CTO to provide proactive direction and guideline for technological bases for the department.

-        Cooperate with business department and other departments in the company of market research for new products

-        Prepare human resource plan for the department. Control human resource in both quantity and quality.

-        Report to CTO.

Requirements

-        Graduate from Universities/ colleges, or equivalent qualifications in IT.

-        Experience in software development is mandatory.

-        Experience in business management and project management.

-        Good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project, Visio ....

-        Excellent knowledge of: Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD, UML), Unified Modeling Language (.Net (C#,VB, ASP)) / Java), Database management system (Oracle, SQL Server)

-        Good communication and presentation skills.

-        Excellent English reading and translation skills

-        Decisive and principled, completely proactive approach to getting job done.

Job Description:

-          Participate in package software and order software development projects from oversea and local customers.

-         Participate in long-term research projects of software technology

Requirements:

^-          Graduated from Universities, major in IT, Informatics and Mathematics, and having one of the following:

^o          Good experience in CMS, Python, Source code, C⁺⁺

^o          Good experience in ASP.net; SQL server; Oracle

^o          Good experience in VB.net; SQL Server; Oracle

^o          Good experience in Oracle 10G; Java; CMS
